Usage:
Pay per usage chat
Each minute* of online chat used in our system is considered usage. This package includes 100 minutes of usage each month for $69.95/month

Any additional usage excising this will be charged for + $0.01/minute.

Monthly budget:
You have the option to set a ‘monthly budget’, whereby if you exceed the fee for use, the system will stop automatically until the following month when the budget will be renewed automatically.

*A minute of chat begins only from the moment a representative answers the call (waiting time before the call is answered is not counted) and counted per second without rounding up.

Operators & Extensions: Chat operators software
You may install the chat software in as many workstations that you need. This package includes up to 3 operator accounts.

The number of extensions* you allowed to use is 2.
*How many simultaneously chats you can conduct at a given time without additional payment. Any incoming chat which exceeds the number of extensions you have might be unanswered if transferred to our answering service, and, if answered, will be extra charged

I.e: up to 3 operators can answer up to 2 simultaneously  chats without any additional cost.

Additional costs:
Additional operator account: + $0.03/minute
Additional extension: + $0.05/minute
Extension excess: + $0.40/minute

Chat answering services: Chat answering service
If you choose to use our chat answering service you will be charged for + $1.70/minute. This will apply only if the incoming chat was answered by our operators and you excess the included minutes of usage of this month. All other charges are still applicable (operators etc).

Advertising: The advertising on our network is optional and free of charge. You will pay only for usage, if you excess your included minutes of usage of this month.

The rate for a chat initiated from advertising on our network is + $0.70/minute. This fee is added to all other applicable fee .
